User Terms and Conditions
This page sets out the terms and conditions that govern your use of our platform. It explains the rules we apply, the responsibilities we expect from users, and the practical relationship between you and us when you register, deposit, play or request withdrawals. We aim to be clear and direct so you understand how the service operates and what we may require from you in routine account management and security checks.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity originating from your account. We may restrict access, suspend or close accounts where we reasonably suspect unauthorised use, fraud, bonus abuse or other breaches of these terms. You must provide accurate, complete and up to date information when you register and at any time we request further details for verification. We may require identity or source of funds documents before allowing withdrawals.
Eligibility requirements
To use our services you must meet the minimum age and eligibility criteria set out at registration. You must not open more than one account without our prior written approval. By registering you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the platform and that you will comply with any applicable local restrictions. If we become aware that you do not meet eligibility requirements we may suspend your account and return or withhold funds in accordance with these terms.
Acceptable platform use
Our services must not be used for illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or for any purpose that breaches these terms. You must not attempt to manipulate games, exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated play software or create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. We may monitor activity and apply technical and behavioural checks. Where we identify irregular betting patterns or prohibited conduct we may limit betting, withhold funds or close accounts.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions, bonuses and free spins are subject to specific terms which we make available at the time of the offer. General rules include eligibility restrictions, wagering requirements, maximum contribution rates per game type and any maximum withdrawal amounts related to bonus balances. We reserve the right to cancel or amend promotional offers, refuse bonus awards or reclaim awarded bonus funds in cases of suspected abuse, error or non compliance with promotion rules.
Deposits and withdrawals
Available payment methods, minimum and maximum limits and processing times are displayed in your account cashier. All deposits are subject to verification and may be declined if the payment method or funding source cannot be confirmed. Withdrawals are subject to identity checks and may be processed to the original payment method where possible. We may apply limits or temporary holds while checks are completed.
Verification and checks
We may request identity, address and source of funds documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays, account restrictions or account closure. We do not guarantee immediate processing of withdrawal requests until all required checks are complete.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute you should contact our support team in the first instance. We will investigate and aim to resolve matters promptly and fairly. If we cannot reach agreement we will explain any available escalation routes. While we use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes, any final decision may be subject to our internal review procedures.
Updates to terms and conditions
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or operational practices. We will publish revised terms on the site and, where appropriate, notify registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the new terms you should stop using the service and close your account.
